We are seeking a Non-Functional Test Lead to oversee and advance the non-functional testing capabilities across the domain, including performance, load, stress, scalability, resilience, and security testing. This role is responsible for integrating non-functional testing earlier into the delivery lifecycle, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated promptly rather than at the end of the cycle. You will bring deep technical expertise in performance engineering combined with practical experience in applying AI to enhance efficiency, analysis, and coverage. They will serve as the primary authority on all non-functional quality matters within the domain.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the non-functional testing capability across the domain, including performance, load, stress, scalability, resilience, and security testing.
- Integrate non-functional testing early into the delivery lifecycle to identify and mitigate risks promptly.




- Ensure non-functional risks are addressed proactively rather than discovered late in the development cycle.
- Apply deep expertise in performance engineering to enhance testing effectiveness.
- Utilize AI tools to improve testing efficiency, analysis, and coverage.
- Serve as the primary authority for non-functional quality issues within the domain.
