Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Controllership

- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Review reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and financial schedules.

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct Budget vs Actual and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models and business projections.
- Monitor business performance, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

- Manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans.
- Monitor inventory efficiency and fund requirements.
- Drive improvements in cash conversion cycles.

Audit, Taxation & Compliance

- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance processes.
- Ensure audit readiness and closure of audit observations.

Business Finance





- Partner with leadership teams on financial and commercial decisions.
- Support pricing, investment, procurement, and expansion initiatives.
- Prepare business cases, ROI analysis, and management presentations.
- Deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations.

Process Improvement & Team Management

- Develop SOPs and strengthen finance processes.
- Drive automation and reporting improvements.
- Lead and mentor finance team members.
- Ensure strong financial discipline across the organization.

Candidate Profile

- Semi-Qualified CA, B.com, or M.com
- 4-7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, Business Finance, or Financial Controllership.
- Preferred industry exposure: FMCG, Retail, Consumer Products, D2C, E-commerce, or Distribution.
- Strong business partnering and leadership capabilities.
