Key Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the organization's overall IT function, including IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, digital transformation, network administration, and user support across manufacturing plants and corporate offices. The role involves developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring system availability and data security, managing IT budgets and vendors, supporting manufacturing operations through technology-enabled solutions, driving process automation, and leading a high-performing IT team to achieve business objectives efficiently.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Master's degree/MBA (preferred).
- 12-15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing industry and ERP implementation/support is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and database management.
