Execute end-to-end SAP system upgrades (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.), including planning, preparation, execution, and post-upgrade support.

Perform system copies, migrations, and patch management as required.

Administer and troubleshoot SAP systems on Linux environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Analyze and resolve technical issues related to SAP upgrades, including kernel, database, and OS compatibility.

Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless upgrade processes.

Conduct pre- and post-upgrade testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

HANA Administration & Troubleshooting: HANA replication, participate in failover/failback DR drills, slow queries, expensive statements, table growth, log segment issues, backup failure.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for upgrade procedures, configurations, and system changes.

Monitor SAP systems for performance, availability, and security post-upgrade.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to existing team.
