- Work closely with the client to establish migration roadmaps and priorities
- Establish detailed migration project plans and execute against them
- Verify technical feasibility and validate solution options for the requirements
- Validate Discovery Report Design and Plan the Migration and get the Signoff from Stakeholder
- Validate RUN Book and SOPs and get the signoff from stakeholder
- Set priorities function as mentor help with problem escalation and communicate significant problems or issues to management
- Requirements810 years for experience in Exchange implementation migrations Including Onprem and Cloud
- Knowledge of Active Directory and dependent services DNS DHCP ADFS etc
- Discover ADExchange Exchange Online Security settingconfigurations and prepare discovery report
- Capture and document the Risk Dependency for each ADExchange Exchange Online Security elements in the workplace
- Prepare Design document and get it approved from Architect internally and from client architect
- Prepare migration build and test cases document
- Build the environment as per the design and validate
- Ensure readiness for migration with respect to ADExchange Exchange Online Security and related Network aspects
- Migration of legacy or 3rd cloud email solutions such as Google workspace Lotus notes to M365
- Ensure migrations are completed on time or per the schedule
- Resolve issues during post migration
- Other Attributes Valuable to have knowledge or working experience on the migration tools such Quest Bit Titan etc
- Good to have knowledge or working experience about Lotus Notes Gmail tenant to tenant migrations Azure ADShare Point Teams OneDrive Intune or O365M365 services
- Excellent written oral and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
- Ability to develop strategic customer relationships gain trust and respect for the team
- Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting
- Education Required Bachelor Master degree
