- Amit Agrawal (IIM Calcutta, CA) - 5 years at Scaling Unicorn startups (Directly build businesses of 100mn$+ with exposure in Finance, Tech and Gaming)
- Motilal Agrawal - ICWA - 20+ years of Operations & Finance
We have a very lean business team in Gurgaon which currently has 5 people.
Accounting, Invoicing etc.
- Global Export Compliances - Compliance while launching to a new country - Clearance, Tax, Rebates etc.
- Margin improvement across the business by cost reduction & optimizations
- Organic & Food Safety compliance
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Startups - Accounting & GST
- Tech Savvy and hands on with AI tools
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq, etc.)
- Any degree :). The most significant is a hunger to learn and grow! (This role is not for Chartered Accountant)
- Should be really good at Excel
