Role Description The Area Manager–Technical Solutions is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees technical solution delivery for material testing systems, working closely with customers to understand their requirements, design appropriate solutions, and ensure successful integration and implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing advanced technical support, managing solution-focused projects, coordinating presales activities such as demos and technical presentations, and collaborating with internal engineering and sales teams.

Manager–Technical Solutions also monitors system performance, identifies opportunities for improvement,



and contributes to regional business growth through proactive customer engagement and technical consulting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support skills, with experience troubleshooting complex systems and guiding customers through issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver technical solutions on time and within scope.
- Candidates should possess Solution Architecture and Integration skills to design, configure, and integrate material testing systems into customer environments.
- Candidates should possess Presales expertise, including conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and supporting the sales team with solution design.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, materials, or related field) or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and commercial teams.
- Experience in material testing equipment, industrial automation, or related domains is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Noida, manage regional travel as needed, and maintain a customer-focused, inclusive approach.
