Role Description The Branch Business Head is responsible for overseeing overall branch operations and business growth in Bikaner. This is a full-time, in office role that involves driving sales of products such as, Home Loans, and Property Loans, ensuring achievement of business targets, and expanding the customer base. The role includes managing and mentoring branch staff, monitoring daily performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Head will engage with customers and local markets to build strong relationships, manage risk and portfolio quality, and maintain high service standards. The position also requires regular reporting to regional leadership, implementing strategic initiatives,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support branch performance.

Qualifications

- Strong branch operations and business development skills, including sales planning, target achievement, and portfolio management.
- Experience in retail lending or financial services, preferably in products such as Gold Loans, Home Loans, and Property Loans.
- People management capabilities, including team leadership, performance monitoring, coaching, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand local market dynamics and build long-term client partnerships.
- Solid understanding of credit risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to NBFCs and retail lending.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using basic MS Office tools and branch-level reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a branch leadership or similar managerial role in financial services is highly beneficial.
