Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for clinicians across specialties based in Delhi NCR, India. Clinicians will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, including clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients in their respective specialties.

Responsibilities include conducting outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, and procedures as per specialty, while maintaining accurate and timely medical records. Clinicians will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in clinical meetings, and contribute to care pathways to improve outcomes and patient experience. The role also involves adherence to clinical protocols,



participation in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, and engagement in continuous professional development and training activities.

Qualifications

- Relevant medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution and completed residency or post-graduate qualification (MD/MS/DM/MCh or equivalent) in the respective specialty.
- Valid registration with the appropriate medical council in India and eligibility to practice in Delhi NCR.
- Demonstrated clinical competence in assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients within the chosen specialty.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and adherence to clinical guidelines and hospital protocols.
- Ability to work in high-volume clinical environments, manage time effectively, and prioritize patient care needs.
- Experience with electronic medical records and basic digital tools used in hospital settings is an advantage.
- Willingness to participate in continuing medical education, clinical audits, and quality improvement programs.
- Prior experience in tertiary care or multi-specialty hospital settings is preferred but not mandatory.
