Role Description The Founders Office Intern will work closely with the founding team to support strategic initiatives, operations, and day-to-day decision-making.

Responsibilities may include conducting market and competitor research, preparing presentations and reports, tracking key business metrics, and coordinating with internal teams on ongoing projects. The intern will assist with creating and refining processes, organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and following up on action items to ensure timely execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring a hands-on approach,



strong ownership, and the ability to adapt to a quick-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

- Robust analytical and research abilities, including comfort with data collection, basic analysis, and summarizing insights for decision-makers.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and emails, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including task prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through on assigned responsibilities.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and engage with founders and team members in a dynamic startup environment.
- Demonstrated interest in startups, operations, or business strategy; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
