Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter at Patil Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalgaon. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.

The role involves maintaining job postings, building talent pipelines for technical, field, and corporate roles, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.



The recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Day-to-day activities include close coordination with hiring managers, updating recruitment reports, onboarding new hires, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms to build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, basic labor laws, and recruitment best practices, including adherence to non-discriminatory hiring standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to organize multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruiting certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a recruiter or HR executive, preferably in manufacturing, biotech, agriculture, or related sectors.
- Comfort working on-site in Jalgaon and engaging with diverse stakeholders, including field staff and technical teams.
