Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Immigration Consultant role based in Noida.
The Immigration
Consultant will guide clients through visa and immigration processes, including eligibility assessments, documentation review, and application preparation. Daily tasks include conducting detailed consultations, explaining relevant immigration laws and procedures, maintaining accurate case files, and following up with clients and authorities on application status.
The role also involves staying current with global immigration policies, coordinating with internal teams, and providing clear, professional communication to ensure a smooth client experience from initial inquiry to final decision.
Qualifications
- Robust knowledge of immigration issues and global immigration procedures.
- Experience handling various types of visas and related documentation.
- Understanding of applicable law and regulations related to immigration.
- Consulting skills with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing work.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases.
- Proficiency in basic office software and case management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or visa processing is an advantage.
