Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. This role oversees the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems for pharmaceutical packaging operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating QA policies and procedures, planning and conducting internal audits, reviewing batch records and documentation, and managing deviation, CAPA, and change-control processes.

The Quality Assurance

Manager collaborates with production, R&D;, and regulatory teams to resolve quality issues, supports customer audits, and leads root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.



The role also includes training team members on quality standards, monitoring key quality metrics, and preparing regular quality performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, quality management systems (QMS), and pharmaceutical packaging standards.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GMP, ISO standards) and documentation control in a pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.
- Skills in process auditing, root-cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in QA are an advantage.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing quality functions is highly beneficial.
