We are seeking a dynamic qualified to join our IT Services sector as a Product Engineer within the Environment Division. This position is essential for expanding our footprint in the print and packaging industry, specifically focusing on the sale of solvent recovery systems.
The ideal individual will leverage their technical understanding to manage the entire sales pipeline, coordinate effectively with internal teams, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation strategies.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Translate complex technical product features into compelling value propositions for potential buyers.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression of deals from initial contact to closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to align product delivery with client expectations.
- Provide dedicated support and coordination for after-sales services to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Drive revenue growth by executing targeted B2B sales initiatives and business development activities.
- Specialize in promoting and selling equipment solutions, with a focus on the print and packaging vertical.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or product engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, opportunity identification, and B2B sales methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in managing customer relationships and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Solid technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp and articulate product specifications.
- Proven track record in coordinating with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Experience in the print and packaging industry, specifically regarding equipment sales and solvent recovery systems, is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional skills in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing after-sales coordination processes.
