Nanobag (www.nanobag.com) is a fast-growing global e-commerce brand looking for a highly capable, entrepreneurial Senior Manager to work directly with our founders.
You'll help drive business growth, improve operations, and manage strategic projects across the company.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with founders on strategy, growth, and business operations.
Lead cross-functional projects across marketing, e-commerce, logistics, and product development.
Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Improve processes, efficiency, and team execution.
Take ownership of high-priority initiatives from idea to implementation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, e-commerce, consulting, or startups.
Robust analytical, problem-solving,
and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, AI tools, or DTC brands is a big plus.
