- Shift Timing: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
- Work Mode: First 3 months from office followed by Hybrid (4 days WFO.)
- Cab Facility: Company-provided cab for pick-up and drop as per the company transport policy
- Medical Policy: Comprehensive medical insurance policy with coverage for specified parents
- Coordinate daily billing tasks and provide direction to team
- Review and validate billing data for accuracy and compliance before submission
- Assist in processing complex or high-volume billing items
- Monitor adherence to customer specific billing standards and documentation requirements
- Support the preparation and review of unbilled reports
- Respond to internal and external billing inquiries and escalate unresolved issues to billing supervisor
- Train new billing team members and reinforce best practices
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and assist with implementing changes
