Role Description This is a freelance, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Madhya Pradesh, India.

The Technical

Trainer will deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for client organizations, ensuring that participants gain practical, job-ready skills. Typical responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, creating curriculum and training materials, delivering classroom and hands-on sessions, and adapting content to different learner levels. The role also involves coordinating training schedules, tracking learner progress, collecting feedback, and preparing reports on training effectiveness.

The Technical

Trainer will collaborate closely with HR consultants, client stakeholders, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and deliver technical training programs, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and creation of learning materials.




- Robust facilitation and presentation skills, with experience leading classroom, workshop, or lab-based training sessions.
- Competence in assessing training needs, evaluating learning outcomes, and using feedback to improve course content and delivery.
- Proficiency with common training tools and technologies (e.g., presentation software, learning management systems, online assessment tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple training programs, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
- Understanding of HR and organizational development concepts, particularly in learning & development and performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Information Technology, Education, Human Resources) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a technical training, corporate training, or L&D; role, preferably within a consulting or HR services environment.
- Comfort working on-site with client teams in Madhya Pradesh and adapting to different organizational cultures.
