About the Role

We are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter – APP & Locum Tenens to join our recruitment team and support healthcare staffing requirements across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in US healthcare recruitment and be comfortable working with candidates, clients, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Our recruitment team works with US Federal Government clients, providing exposure to government healthcare staffing and recruitment requirements. This role offers an opportunity to work on healthcare positions supporting Federal contracts and gain experience in the US Government staffing environment. Prior Federal staffing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end U.S. healthcare recruitment, specializing in Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Locum Tenens staffing.
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified APP professionals, including Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and other advanced practice providers.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, availability, assignments, and client submissions.
- Verify professional licenses, board certifications,



credentials, and other required documentation.
- Negotiate pay rates, discuss assignment details, and coordinate candidate onboarding.
- Stay updated on U.S. healthcare staffing trends, licensing requirements, and locum tenens market practices.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. Healthcare Recruitment, preferably in APP and Locum Tenens recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and other advanced practice providers.
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
- Experience sourcing candidates through DocCafe, Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media.
- Knowledge of license and certification verification.
- Familiarity with W2, 1099, full-time, contract terms, pay rates, and stipends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
