At Meeraka, we’re building a new-age fragrance brand, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive and execution-focused professional to manage our supply chain, logistics and day-to-day operations.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring that everything moves smoothly — from manufacturing to the customer’s doorstep.

Key Responsibilities

- Supply Chain & Procurement

Coordinate with perfume manufacturers, OEM partners and suppliers.

Manage procurement of perfumes, packaging materials, bottles, caps, labels and other components.

Track production schedules, material requirements and delivery timelines.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely availability of products.

- Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records of finished goods and packaging materials.

Monitor stock levels and plan replenishments.

Track inward and outward stock movements.

Ensure proper stock reconciliation and minimise wastage.

- Logistics & Order Fulfilment

Manage daily order processing and dispatch through Shopify.

Coordinate with courier and logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery and other shipping aggregators.





Track shipments, delivery performance, RTOs and customer returns.

Resolve shipping and delivery-related issues.

- Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end operational activities.

Coordinate with packaging, manufacturing and fulfilment partners.

Maintain operational reports, MIS and documentation.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or operations.

Working knowledge of inventory management and order fulfilment.

Familiarity with Shopify and shipping platforms such as Shiprocket or Delhivery.

Valuable coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Robust ownership, attention to detail and an execution-oriented mindset.

Experience with D2C brands, e-commerce, FMCG or consumer products will be an added advantage.
