Role Description The Video Editor & Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site position that requires you to work across states in India. In this role, the team member will edit video content, with proper color grading, and assemble footage into cohesive, high-quality narratives that align with project goals and brand guidelines.

They will design graphics and visual assets for digital use, and collaborate with creative leads to develop storyboards and visual concepts.

Daily tasks include organizing raw media, maintaining consistent visual styles across projects, optimizing content for various platforms, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment.

The role also involves providing creative input,



staying updated on design and editing trends, and ensuring all deliverables meet technical and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing to plan, capture, and assemble high-quality visual content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, mood, and consistency across projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics to create dynamic visual elements for intros, transitions, and animated content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics to design layouts, visual assets, and branding materials for multiple formats.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of composition, typography, and color theory are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, design, multimedia, or a related field, along with a portfolio showcasing video and graphic work, is advantageous.
