About the Role: We are hiring Legal Recruiters with hands-on experience in high-volume U.S. Non-IT recruitment, specifically for Full-Time/Direct-Hire positions.

You’ll specialize in sourcing, engaging, and placing legal professionals across U.S. law firms, corporate legal departments, and enterprise clients.

Our primary focus is recruiting Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Litigation Support Professionals, Legal Specialists, and Legal Operations Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand U.S. legal hiring requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified Attorneys, Paralegals, and other legal professionals for full-time opportunities.
- Handle a high volume of U.S. direct-hire requirements while maintaining candidate quality and submission turnaround times.




- Identify candidates across different legal practice areas, specializations, and experience levels.
- Leverage LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and passive sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Manage candidate engagement, compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and closures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring pipelines in the ATS/CRM.
- Develop strong talent pipelines for recurring legal recruitment requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on U.S. Non-IT recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in high-volume Full-Time/Direct-Hire recruitment.
- Prior experience recruiting Attorneys, Paralegals, or other legal professionals is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple full-time requirements simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing, candidate screening, and qualification skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, and passive sourcing communities.
- Good understanding of U.S. recruitment processes, compensation structures, and candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven workplace.
- Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
