Urgent Hiring: Native-Speaker Transcription and QA Specialists

We’re starting a 2–3 week project this week and are building a team of language professionals for speech-technology data.

Languages Needed

- Spanish: Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, US
- Portuguese: Brazil, Portugal
- French: France, Canada, Belgium
- Italian: Italy, Switzerland
- German: Germany, Austria, Switzerland
- Chinese: Mandarin (Mainland China & Taiwan), Cantonese (Hong Kong)
- Japanese
- Korean

Roles

1. Transcribers

Listen to real-world call-center, voicemail and meeting audio and transcribe it accurately, following detailed guidelines.

2. QA Reviewers

Review and correct transcripts to ensure accuracy, with a 97%+ quality standard. Previous review experience preferred.

Requirements

- Native fluency, ideally living in the relevant region
- Robust spelling, grammar and attention to detail
- Quiet workspace, headphones and a laptop
- Availability of 25–40 hours per week for the next 2–3 weeks
- Willingness to sign an NDA
- Bonus: Experience with finance, healthcare, insurance or legal terminology
