Role Description The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Korba. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions for various functions across the company. The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, using multiple channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates.

Specialist partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop effective selection criteria, and ensure a structured, fair, and consistent hiring process. Daily tasks also include managing candidate communication, maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking key hiring metrics,



and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and support selection decisions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in fair, non-discriminatory hiring and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Analytical skills to track recruitment metrics, report on hiring performance, and recommend process improvements.
- Previous experience in retail, franchising, or telecommunications environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in office in Korba and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
