Your future duties and responsibilities

Acceptance Criteria

Cortex New Feature Assessment and Rollout: -

Assess new Cortex capabilities for system metrics and dashboard readiness, bird's eye view, and CQL reports on dashboards; test and validate feature availability for team use.

Feature assessment completed for the identified Cortex capabilities; testing and validation outcomes documented; rollout readiness confirmed or follow up actions captured; outcomes reviewed and accepted by Shell stakeholder.

Cortex Regular Maintenance and End User Support: -

Manage recurring Cortex support, FAQ consolidation, user query reduction, workflow communications, and support visibility for end users.

Recent FAQs and responses are collected for consolidation; support activities and user facing updates are tracked; recurring maintenance work remains visible on the board; outcomes reviewed and accepted by Shell stakeholder.





Cortex Golden Path Updates: -

Onboard Geneva and TNS templates into Cortex workflows; validate template requirements; test onboarding in sandbox before production rollout.

Priority templates are documented and validated with stakeholders; onboarding is tested in sandbox; production rollout blockers are resolved or explicitly tracked; outcomes reviewed and accepted by Shell stakeholder

Cortex Golden State Updates: -

Extend scorecard data coverage, align TCM scorecard rules, validate DORA and TCM logic with stakeholders, and manage reporting consistency across Cortex and analytics platforms.

Scorecard rule alignment is completed with relevant stakeholders; data coverage or API dependencies are documented; reporting consistency risks are captured and managed; outcomes reviewed and accepted by Shell stakeholder

Cortex Platform Updates: -

Evaluate platform specific additions such as custom metrics, entity relationships, dashboard readiness, and vendor/API supported platform capabilities.

Platform update scope is reviewed; dependencies on vendor/API availability and team capacity are documented; required PBIs are created or moved forward as appropriate; outcomes reviewed and accepted by Shell stakeholder.

Note: The Cortex platform roadmap, backlog, and prioritized work items may evolve throughout the engagement through agreed governance and planning processes.



Activities and deliverables will be delivered within the applicable milestone categories and prioritized based on business needs. Acceptance will be based on successful delivery of agreed outcomes and deliverables within the defined scope.
