SharePoint Subject Matter Expert

- Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions with stakeholders and IT administrators.
- Demonstrate the differences between SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online.
- Provide training and step-by-step documentation for basic cloud activities, including uploading documents.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support administrators and users who are new to the cloud environment.

Microsoft Purview / Microsoft 365 DLP

- Configure and implement sensitivity labels and data loss prevention (DLP) policies across Exchange, SharePoint, and other applicable Microsoft 365 resources.




- Use the customer’s documented requirements to implement labeling, auto-labeling, and sharing restrictions.
- Define the appropriate scope and roll out the controls division by division.
- Complete the related Purview knowledge transfer and documentation.

The remaining KT, training, documentation, and Purview implementation work depends on securing these additional resources. Documentation and Remaining Deliverable Timeline The customer expects post-migration documentation with step-by-step instructions for accessing the SharePoint sites and uploading documents. Because site development and migration are still underway, the team cannot yet capture all the screenshots needed for these guides. Documentation will therefore be completed after the migration.

SharePoint Delivery

- The current target is to complete the SharePoint migration by the end of November, with all data migrated and the sites and intranet online.
- This timing was described as an expected target rather than a confirmed deadline.

Documentation, Knowledge Transfer, and Purview

- No target dates have been established for documentation, knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, or the remaining Purview work.
- The team needs to confirm the customer’s preferred schedule, including whether they have availability in December or intend to begin the Purview work in January.
