Roles & Responsibilities

on Oracle EPM FCCS module,

- Lead business requirement gathering workshops with corporate accounting, tax, and finance teams to design custom dimensions, dense/sparse configurations, and entity hierarchies.
- Translate corporate accounting requirements like Intercompany eliminations, multi-currency translations, equity pickups, and minority interest into optimized FCCS application blueprints.
- Configure core features including FCCS Consolidation Logic, Close Process Management, Supplemental Data Manager (SDM), and Close Manager.
- Develop and deploy custom financial calculations, business rules, and member formulas using Calculation Manager.
- Establish secure data pipelines using Data Management and Cloud Data Integration to orchestrate financial data feeds from underlying ERP platforms.
- Design high-fidelity executive reports, management dashboards, and advanced Excel Smart View templates for data retrieval.
- Coordinate and execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and actively facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with financial business users.




- Map and execute historical financial data and metadata migrations into the FCCS application architecture.
- Oversee go-live cutover phases and provide dedicated post-implementation Hypercare support to resolve system stabilization anomalies.
- Orchestrate system automation, daily maintenance windows, and setting snapshots using EPM Automate scripting.
- Conduct structured knowledge-transfer sessions and deliver technical run-books and Smart View training to internal administrators and end-users.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience of 3 to 5+ years of dedicated implementation experience within the Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS) ecosystem, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations delivered from scratch.
- Strict requirement to join within 30 days or less.
- Robust working knowledge of corporate consolidation structures, financial close cycles, and accounting standards such as US GAAP or IFRS.
- Deep configuration expertise in FCCS Metadata management, Member Formulas, and Consolidation Rules.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud Data Integration, Data Management mapping setup, and advanced Smart View workbook development.
