Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end PR-to-PO operational delivery, including service performance, issue resolution, escalation management and stakeholder communications.
- Lead and develop a global procurement operations team, establishing clear objectives, accountability, capability development and succession planning.
- Drive procurement transformation through structured improvement cycles, root-cause analysis, automation pilots, digital adoption and measurable value assessments.
- Establish and maintain operating controls, service-level governance, knowledge management, process standards and exception handling to support consistent and auditable execution.
- Partner with procurement enablement, category management, regional teams, country partners,



business stakeholders and suppliers to remove process friction and improve the purchasing experience.

Skills Required:

- 10-17 years of qualified experience, including substantial leadership responsibility in procurement operations, Source-to-Pay or transformation.
- Deep procurement experience spanning procurement operations, sourcing methodologies and Source-to-Pay processes.
- Proven leadership experience managing large, complex, global or virtual teams in a procurement environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of procurement transformation programmes with measurable improvements in efficiency, service quality, process control or cost-to-serve.
- Experience operating as an S2P Global Process Owner or in an equivalent global process governance and transformation role.

Good to Have:

- Experience in direct procurement and indirect procurement environments.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, engineering, business management or a related discipline.
