Role Description We are looking for a dedicated, highly proactive Sales Coordinator who doesn't wait for instructions but actively chases down answers, manages quotes, and negotiates to close orders. You will be using our user-friendly software to turn customer inquiries into revenue. This is a full-time, on-site role in Jharsuguda.

Key Responsibilities

- Email & Inquiries: Check emails, review incoming customer inquiries, and log them into the system promptly.
- Pricing & Quotations: Source item rates using our pricelist or by actively calling suppliers, add margins, generate software quotes, and email them to customers.
- Negotiation & Closing:



Aggressively follow up with customers, negotiate prices, and successfully secure orders.
- B2B Portals: Handle inquiries and submit bids on SAP Ariba (or other portals) when needed.
- Data Management: Keep our customer and inquiry database clean and up to date.

Requirements

- Education: BBA, B.Com, or an equivalent degree (English medium preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, basic MS Excel, and comfort learning new software/portals.
- Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome, provided you are a fast learner.
- Mindset: High energy, reliable, and detail-oriented. You must be someone who takes initiative rather than sitting back.
