Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Chennai. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities across key industrial sectors, manage existing customer accounts, and support sales targets through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities include preparing and delivering product presentations,



coordinating technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders, and providing pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities such as campaigns, events, and digital outreach to promote the company’s coating solutions and strengthen brand visibility. The specialist will also assist in market research, competitor analysis, and reporting to help refine sales strategies and contribute to long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with industrial clients, contractors, and partners.
- Proven Sales experience, with the ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close opportunities in B2B or industrial markets.
- Sales Management and Training capabilities to support account planning, pipeline management, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Sound understanding of industrial products or technical solutions; experience in coatings, construction materials, or related sectors is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools, with robust organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
