Role Description The Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes for heat treatment furnaces and related equipment. This full-time, on-site role based in Talegaon involves planning and monitoring production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and delivery standards. The role includes analyzing process performance, identifying improvement opportunities,



supporting new product industrialization, and resolving production issues to minimize downtime.

The Production

Engineer will prepare and maintain production documentation, support audits, and collaborate closely with quality, design, and maintenance teams to achieve operational efficiency and cost-effective manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Production Engineering and Production Planning skills for managing and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for process analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in heavy machinery, furnace manufacturing, or metal processing industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and safety practices in a shop-floor environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, process sheets, and standard operating procedures, and to work collaboratively in office in Talegaon.
