Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overall leadership, strategy, and operational performance of Fasto Adhesive and Sealant Technologies India Private Limited. The Owner oversees business development, key customer relationships, and expansion into target industries, ensuring that product offerings align with market needs and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include guiding manufacturing and supply chain activities, reviewing financial performance, approving major investments, and ensuring compliance with safety,



regulatory, and environmental requirements.

The role also involves leading senior managers, setting organizational goals, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centric service, and representing the company in strategic partnerships and industry forums. The Owner is expected to make data-informed decisions that support sustainable growth, brand positioning, and long-term profitability.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, or senior management within manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial products.
- Strong background in operations management, including production planning, quality control, and supply chain oversight.
- Proficiency in business strategy, financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis for growth-oriented organizations.
- Experience in sales, key account management, and business development, ideally in adhesives, sealants, or related industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of industrial adhesives, sealants, materials science, or engineering principles relevant to bonding technologies is highly beneficial.
- Ability to build and lead diverse teams, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Solid negotiation, stakeholder management, and partnership-building skills with OEMs, distributors, and large industrial clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company in professional and industry settings.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is preferred.
