About the OpportunityBLS360 is seeking experienced One Identity Active Roles engineers to support and enhance enterprise IAM operations, identity engineering, provisioning rules, and workflow automation.

Active Roles is an established enterprise platform for Active Directory management, delegated administration, identity provisioning, and workflow automation.

We are looking for hands-on engineers who can manage L3 operations, troubleshoot complex issues, develop and maintain provisioning rules and workflows, and implement identity engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities· Provide L3 engineering and production support for One Identity Active Roles.

· Develop, maintain, and enhance provisioning rules, workflows, and automation.

· Design, develop, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts for IAM operations.

· Implement identity engineering changes, enhancements, and customizations.

· Troubleshoot complex Active Directory provisioning and workflow issues.

· Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring incidents.





· Support L2/L3 operational activities, escalations, and service continuity.

· Collaborate with IAM, infrastructure, application, and directory services teams.

· Follow change management, release management, documentation, and operational standards.

Required Skills· Hands-on experience with One Identity Active Roles (formerly Quest / Dell Active Roles).

· Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

· Solid understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, user/group management, and identity lifecycle processes.

· Experience developing and maintaining provisioning rules, workflows, and identity-related customizations.

· Strong L3 troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis capabilities.

· Experience supporting enterprise IAM environments in production.

· Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications· Experience in IAM managed services or enterprise support environments.

· Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and governance concepts.

· Experience with change management, operational documentation, and continuous improvement.
