As a Management Company Accounting Senior Manager you will lead client support work within our Managed Services practice, guiding outsourced accounting processes that help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. As a Senior Manager you will apply sound judgment, lead through complexity, coach teams across multiple levels, and draw on your knowledge of process optimization, project management, and stakeholder communication to deliver results in a demanding service environment. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Kolkata, you will oversee client and customer interaction, manage data review and processing activities, monitor quality controls, resolve escalations and queries, and bring clarity to work that supports management company accounting services.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end corporate accounting activities,



including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, management fee allocations, revenue/expense allocations, and independent investigation of variances and discrepancies.

Drive process improvements and stakeholder management, identifying workflow inefficiencies, streamlining procedures, resolving escalations, and building strong relationships with onshore and global stakeholders.

relevant accounting experience with strong people-management capabilities, accounting and finance knowledge, MS Office proficiency, excellent communication skills, and exposure to Oracle/Freeform, Essbase, Sigma, and regulatory filings (TIC/BEA) as advantageous

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10-12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
