Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar

The Marketing Manager is the single owner of our marketing results. You will plan, execute and report on SEO, paid search, paid social, organic social, email and content for the UK market. You will also manage any agencies and freelancers we use, and be accountable for their output, cost and deadlines.

This is not a coordination role. We want someone who does the work themselves, measures it honestly, and tells us early when something is not working.

Key responsibilities1. Strategy and planning• Build and maintain a quarterly marketing plan tied to booking and revenue targets, by channel and segment (airport, corporate, events, VIP).

- Own the monthly marketing budget and allocate spend by channel based on cost per booking, not reach.
- Research competitors (Blacklane, Addison Lee, local Heathrow operators) on pricing, positioning, offers and search visibility.
- Define target audiences and messaging for UK consumers, corporate travel bookers, PAs, hotels and event planners.

2. SEO and website• Own organic performance of premiumtransfers.co.uk: technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword mapping and internal linking.

- Plan and publish landing pages and content for priority terms (Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, City airport transfers, corporate chauffeur London).
- Manage local SEO: Google Business Profile, citations, NAP consistency and review generation.
- Work with the web development team on site speed, UX, conversion rate and the booking flow; brief changes in writing.
- Track rankings, traffic and conversions in Google Search Console, GA4 and an SEO tool.

3. Paid search and paid social (PPC)• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads campaigns.

- Run Meta and LinkedIn paid campaigns for awareness, retargeting and corporate lead generation.
- Manage bids, negative keywords, ad copy testing, audiences and landing pages to lower cost per booking.
- Set up and verify conversion tracking end to end (GTM, GA4, ad platforms, booking confirmation).

4. Social media and content• Own the content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok/YouTube Shorts and Google posts.

- Produce or brief photography, short video, copy and graphics that match brand guidelines.
- Handle community management: replies, DMs and reviews within agreed response times.
- Coordinate with designers on brand assets and keep the brand consistent across every channel.

5. Email, CRM and partnerships• Run email and WhatsApp campaigns for repeat customers, corporate accounts and dormant clients.

- Build referral, hotel concierge and travel-agent partnership programmes with the sales team.
- Support the Business Development team with sales collateral, case studies and proposals.

6. Agency and vendor management• Brief, manage and evaluate any marketing agency, freelancer or vendor against written deliverables, timelines and KPIs.

- Review proposals and contracts before signing for scope, IP ownership, account access and termination terms; escalate to the Director for approval.

- Escalate missed deadlines or poor quality within 5 working days, with a written recommendation.

7. Reporting• Send a weekly one-page dashboard: spend, leads, bookings, cost per booking, top channel, issues.

- Present a monthly performance review with what worked, what didn't, and next month's plan.
- Maintain accurate attribution so every booking can be traced to its source.

Accountability, vendors and company assetsThese rules are conditions of the role and will be written into the offer letter.

• Results ownership: You own the outcome of every channel and vendor you run or recommend. Introducing an agency does not transfer accountability to it.

• Vendor approval: No agency, freelancer or tool is engaged, and no fee is committed, without the Director's written approval and a signed contract.

• Conflict of interest: Declare in writing any personal, financial or prior relationship with a vendor you propose. No commissions or referral fees from vendors.

• Account ownership: All ad, analytics, social, domain and email accounts are registered to company email addresses, with the company as owner. Personal logins are not permitted.

• Access register: Keep a live register of every account, login owner and access level, shared with the Director.

• IP: All content, creative, data and campaigns produced belong to the company.

• Handover on exit: On leaving, return all devices, credentials, files and account access, and complete a written handover, before the final settlement is processed.
