Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Accounts Executive (Tally) / Tally Accountant role located in Jharsuguda, Odisha. The role involves daily accounting entries in Tally, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Responsibilities include maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, tracking accounts receivable and payable, and supporting GST and other tax-related documentation. The team member will assist in preparing basic financial reports, coordinating with internal departments for billing and documentation,



and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The role also includes organizing invoices, maintaining supporting documents, and providing administrative support to the accounts team as needed.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software, with the ability to handle day-to-day accounting entries and ledger management.
- Robust understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.
- Familiarity with GST and other statutory compliance processes, including documentation and record maintenance.
- Good MS Office skills (especially Excel and Word) for preparing reports and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to work on-site in Jharsuguda and collaborate within a small, dynamic accounts team.
