Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Architect role based in Kozhikode.

The Junior

Architect will support the development of architectural designs from concept through detailed drawings, working closely with senior architects and project teams.

Responsibilities include preparing CAD/BIM drawings, assisting with 3D models and visualizations, participating in design reviews, and helping to coordinate with consultants and contractors. The role involves conducting basic site studies, gathering design requirements, and ensuring that plans align with functional, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Architect will also contribute to documentation, presentations, and project coordination to keep design and construction phases on schedule.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans and drawings.
- Candidates should possess relevant experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, workflows, or design technologies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including organizing tasks, tracking deliverables, and supporting communication among project stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and basic skills in 3D modeling and visualization tools.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, with knowledge of local building codes and standards.
