We are seeking an energetic Growth & Community Manager who loves connecting with startup founders, operators, and ecosystem enablers. You will lead our founder meetups, online discussions, content storytelling, and community engagement loops.
What you'll do
- Lead offline founder meetups, Problem First Circles, and community chapter events.
- Drive organic member acquisition across LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, and founder networks.
- Create high-signal founder spotlights, case studies, and insights from community sessions.
- Track community health metrics, attendance rates, and feedback loops.
What we're looking for
- 1 to 3 years of community management, startup marketing, or growth experience.
- Exceptional written communication and conversational ability with early-stage founders.
- Hands-on experience organizing offline tech meetups and social campaigns.
- Self-driven mindset with high agency and curiosity about startup ecosystems.
