Job Title: Dayshape Data Migration Consultant

Location: Remote (Need to support our client based in NJ in Eastern Time Zone i.e 6pm to 2am IST)

Duration: 12Months

Required Skills:

- At least 8+ years of experience in enterprise application data migration, data integration, or data conversion, with hands-on ownership of multiple migration cycles from mapping through cutover.
- Experience migrating data into a SaaS resource management, PSA, or workforce planning platform (e.g., Dayshape, Profinda, Certinia, or comparable); Dayshape experience is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA master and project data (customers/clients, WBS, projects, work packages, actuals) and experience extracting data from SAP.
- Working knowledge of Workday HCM data (workers, job profiles, grades, organizations, certifications, skills)



and the ability to extract and reconcile Workday data.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL/data tools (e.g., SAP CPI/BTP, Microsoft Fabric/Azure Data Factory, Power Query, or equivalent); proficiency with Excel and data validation techniques.
- Experience with data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and audit-ready documentation in a regulated or skilled services environment.
- Understanding of data security and access controls, including handling of sensitive employee and client data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with business data owners, technical teams, and program leadership.
