We are looking for dedicated, target-oriented Collection Officers to join our team.
? Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments through calls and field visits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Conduct customer visits for payment follow-ups and address verification.
- Obtain payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
- Update customer feedback, visit details, and collection activities accurately in the system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and follow company collection policies and compliance guidelines.
? Mandatory Requirements
- Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory.
- Experience in Persoonal loan collections, banking, NBFC, or financial services is preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Ability to work towards collection targets.
