Key Responsibilities

- Administer BI platforms, including Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Alteryx.
- Manage user provisioning, access requests, SSO, SAML, SSL, Azure AD, groups, and roles.
- Perform server patching, platform upgrades, and regular health checks.
- Manage production change tickets, approvals, incidents, and requests through ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Support application onboarding, installation of drivers, and troubleshooting.
- Generate monthly platform metrics and audit dashboards.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and SQL.
- Work with AWS infrastructure, including EC2, Route 53, ALB, and Security Groups.
- Coordinate with vendors, offshore teams, business analysts, and IT stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation, platform security, and compliance.

Required Skills





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Must be comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Hands-on BI platform administration (Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Alteryx).
- Server patching, upgrades, and platform health checks.
- AWS: EC2, Route 53, ALB, Security Groups.
- SSO, SAML, SSL, IIS, Azure AD.
- ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Python and SQL scripting.
- Application installation, driver configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
