Acube Flair is a signage and branding solutions company specialising in acrylic signage, LED boards, digital printing and customised branding projects. We help businesses strengthen their brand presence through creative design and quality signage solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, highly driven Business Development Executive with a strong sales mindset and the ability to continuously identify, approach and acquire new business clients.

This is primarily a field-based sales role (90% fieldwork), focused on client meetings, business development, lead generation, client acquisition and converting opportunities into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new corporate, institutional, retail and business clients.
- Conduct regular field visits and client meetings to generate business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Identify upcoming branding, signage and advertising requirements.
- Present company services,



negotiate and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Explore new markets and expand Acube Flair's client base.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in signage, advertising, printing, branding or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Proven field sales and business development capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and motivated by achieving high sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kochi and nearby regions.
- Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred.

Compensation & Growth
- Fixed salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience.
- Additional performance-based incentives for achieving sales targets and generating high-value business.
- Excellent earning potential for consistent performers.
