- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and other sales channels.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their professional training and learning requirements.
- Promote the organization's training programs and services to potential clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry to successful conversion.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate lead details, sales activities, and customer information in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Robust negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and customer interactions confidently.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, or IT services is an added advantage.
