Role Description The AI & ML Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led sessions, labs, and projects focused on applying artificial intelligence and machine learning in cybersecurity and related domains. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi involves developing course content, creating practical exercises, and updating training materials to reflect current industry practices and emerging threats. The trainer will mentor learners, review assignments and capstone projects, provide constructive feedback, and support exam preparation and interview readiness.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the academic team to align curricula with industry standards, conducting assessments,



and contributing to workshops, hackathons, and specialized training initiatives. The role also includes engaging with industry partners and internal stakeholders to ensure that training outcomes remain highly relevant and career-oriented.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Jupyter, and common data preprocessing libraries.
- Proficiency in programming for AI/ML (preferably Python), including scripting, API integration, and working with data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., threat detection, anomaly analysis, SOC workflows) and interest in applying AI/ML to security use cases.
- Experience in curriculum design, instructional delivery, or technical training, with the ability to break down complex topics for diverse learner profiles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive teaching approach.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cybersecurity (e.g., vendor, industry, or academic) are an advantage.
