Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Customer Support Associates for the International Voice Process in Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist international customers with their queries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when required.




- Meet daily performance targets and maintain quality standards.
- Demonstrate patience, active listening, and problem-solving skills while handling customer concerns.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
