QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or BE Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Excellent Communication Skill. VT, PT, RT, UT Level-II as per SNT-TC-1A or ISO 9712.
ESSENTIAL /DESIRABLE
Drawing Reading, Knowledge of Code/Standards (ASME/AWS/EN ISO/PED) Knowledge of Quality Tools & Inspection Techniques Inspection experience in Heavy Fabrication Industries e.g. coded vessel or similar

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- . Planning and Monitoring Inspections:
- Plan and oversee in-house inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality standards / Customer specifications
- Conduct inspections at supplier locations as required.

Quality Documentation and Standards Compliance:
- Prepare Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQP) based on Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and project requirements, and issue them to the shop floor.
- Offer products for customer or customer representative inspection as per Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) stages and maintain comprehensive records.
- Prepare and maintain stage-wise inspection documentation, ensuring proper record
- keeping post-completion.
- 1. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):
- Plan, execute, and monitor all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities effectively.
