Hiring: E-commerce Executive | Indore

Samson Orthopaedics is looking for a result-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms

Handle order processing, inventory tracking, and dispatch coordination

Monitor daily orders and ensure timely execution

Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth operations

Track inventory levels and prevent stock-outs

Analyze sales performance and prepare reports

Monitor and update pricing strategies and competitor trends

Improve product visibility and overall online sales growth

Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints efficiently





Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution

Requirements : 1-3 years experience in E-commerce

Knowledge of online marketplaces

Valuable Excel & reporting skills

Strong coordination & attention to detail

Location: Indore
