We are looking for a Sales Executive who doesn't just "show" properties but knows how to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Deal Closing : Convert site visits into confirmed bookings through effective negotiation and persuasion.
- Client Consultation : Understand client requirements and suggest the best-suited inventory from our mandate projects.
- Lead Management : Follow up diligently with prospective buyers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Reporting : Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM regularly.

Requirements :

- Experience : 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Closing experience is a huge plus).
- Communication :



Fluent in Hindi and English; ability to speak Marathi is an advantage.
- Skills : Robust negotiation, convincing power, and a "never-give-up" attitude.
- Local Knowledge : Familiarity with the Mira Road, Bhayandar, and Dahisar real estate markets.
- Availability : Must be comfortable working on weekends (the busiest days in real estate).
