About the Company

We are an established heavy equipment and crane leasing company based in Visakhapatnam, operating all over india. Leasing cranes for industrial, infrastructure, and construction projects across India. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Accountant to manage our financial operations from our Vizag office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and bank reconciliation using Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1 preparation, GSTR-2A verification, GSTR-3B monthly filing
- Manage TDS deductions, computations, challan payments, and quarterly return filing
- Prepare and maintain asset registers, depreciation schedules, and equipment-wise cost tracking for crane fleet
- Process vendor payments, subcontractor invoices, and equipment hire purchase / lease accounting entries
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, and cash flow summaries for management review
- Handle EPF, ESI computations, and employee salary processing
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Support management with financial analysis and cost control for crane deployment projects

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) from a recognized university
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience (construction, manufacturing,



leasing, or infrastructure sector preferred)
- Proficient in Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime (mandatory) — SAP knowledge is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, EPF, ESI compliance and return filing
- Comfortable with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reports)
- Experience with fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and lease/hire purchase entries preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Fluent in Telugu, English. Hindi (Preferred Not Mandatory)
- Experience in equipment leasing, crane rental, or heavy machinery companies is a plus.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter attempted or cleared is a plus not mandatory.
- Prior experience handling multi-project cost allocation
