Digital Marketing Intern (Paid Internship)

Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹35,000/month

Duration: 3-6 Months (Performance-based extension + PPO)

About the Role: Telnet Media Company Private Limited is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Intern who wants real hands-on experience in growing brands, not just posting random content. You will work on actual campaigns, performance marketing, and growth strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, captions)

Run and optimize paid ad campaigns for leads and conversions

Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI

Work on SEO basics (on-page, keywords, content optimization)

Research competitors and suggest growth strategies

Requirements : Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

Familiarity with social media platforms and trends

Interest in performance marketing and analytics





Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads (preferred)

Creative thinking + data-driven mindset

Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Positive to Have): Experience running ads or managing pages (even personal projects)

Knowledge of Canva / basic design tools

Understanding of SEO and keyword research

Experience with content creation (Reels, Shorts, etc.)

Basic understanding of funnels and lead generation
