Job Title: Hardware Technician

Organization : People's University, Bhopal (MP)

Key Responsibilities : l Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, desktops, laptops, and peripherals

l Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in a timely manner

l Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of systems

l Manage and support printers, scanners, and networking devices

l Coordinate with software teams for system compatibility and performance

l Maintain inventory of hardware equipment and spare parts

l Ensure data safety and assist in basic network troubleshooting

l Provide technical support to faculty and staff

Eligibility Criteria : Graduation / Post-Graduation in a relevant field

Diploma in Computer Hardware or related field (mandatory)

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

Required Skills : Robust knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting

Basic understanding of networking concepts

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities
